We are evaluating the number of OS’s delivered post sale to the winning bidder. Post sale information is posted on SpeerFinancial.com / Debt Auction Center / Current Year Sales. How many paper OS’s and addenda do you typically require if you are the winning bidder?

2. Web Site Posting

The www.speerfinancial.com web site has been re-designed to make accessibility to the Competitive Sale Official Statement and Term Sheet Sales Calendars quicker and easier but we know more could be done to improve the site.

What improvements to the web site or to our utilization of electronic tools can you suggest?


3. Bidding

We are considering adding an electronic non-computational bid form option for some smaller competitive sales. This fill-in the blank technology would not compute or verify your bid but would verify that all blanks had been completed and would provide you a time-stamped receipt of bid confirmation to replace phone-in bids and faxed bids.
