Persuasive Campaign Services for Referenda
Speer Financial Persuasive Campaign Services will include but not be limited to:

Work with the citizens to organize an Advocacy Team.
Work with the registered voters who are advocates of the proposal to identify a sufficient financial fund raising target and implementation strategy that will provide adequate resources to be effective advocate.
Work with Subcommittees and the master Committee to hone the message, and the method, of the advocates in communicating the merits of the proposal.
